Job overview
We are looking to recruit a bank facilities assistant to provide cleaning, catering and portering duties. You will have an opportunity to provide a service to our users at Hopewood Hospital Sherwood, Highbury Bullwell, and other units when required.
We are looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals who can work in a demanding and busy hospital environment covering both domestic and catering duties who must be flexible, hardworking and energetic.
Main duties of the job
You will be part of the Facilities Services providing a cleaning and catering service to the wards and departments allowing flexibility to cover general cleaning duties as well as assistance with the meal provision to the patients.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to deliver a high level of customer service whilst being able to meet compliance with food hygiene, high cleanliness standards and health and safety regulations.
The ability to work effectively and flexibly, both alone and as part of a team, maintaining a high standard of work will be essential.
You will need to be flexible with what hours you can cover. The service runs from 06.00am - 18.15pm Monday-Sunday.
