Notts Healthcare Trust is on the hunt for a full-time Recruitment Administrator to join our vibrant Recruitment Team. Based in Duncan MacMillan House, Mapperley. This role is 37.5 hours and offers a flexible work-life balance with a mix of remote working (once a training programme has been completed) and in-office work.
The Recruitment Team is part of the People & Culture Directorate and we link closely with colleagues in the Payroll Team, ESR Team, Temporary Staffing Team and Employee Relations.

Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary falls below the required salary range.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone who can pick up new IT systems quickly and work in a busy environment where everyone works together. We are looking for a team player who:
- Has excellent organisational & prioritisation skills

- Has excellent communication skills & a customer focussed approach
You will be required to provide varied administration support such as:
- Preparing and issuing standard reference requests using the ESR system
- Recording recruitment information on Trac Recruitment system
- Dealing with post & payroll paperwork
- Producing Honorary Contracts
- Managing & maintaining filing systems
- Recording & producing ID badges
- Responding to general telephone & email enquiries

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Essential
NVQ2 Business & Administration or working towards or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum OCR/RSA II typing/word processing or equivalent knowledge and experience
Experience of working in an office environment.
Good verbal / written communication skills
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of IT systems
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail & accuracy
Awareness of confidentiality requirements
Ability to work as part of a team
