The successful applicant will join a team of 20 Gastroenterologists and 13 Hepatologists, fully supported by specialist nurses and advanced diagnostic services.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Inpatient duties will be based on the 28 bedded Hepatology ward at QMC and shared across the 10 Hepatology consultants in blocks of 2 or 3 weeks.

Two hot Hepatology clinics are linked to inpatient blocks, providing urgent new, admission reduction and post-discharge appointments, supported by a Hepatology nurse specialist.
