Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an Occupational Therapist as part of our Intensive Intervention Risk Management (IIRMS) Service, Options for Change +. This service forms part of the community OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) Pathway service provision within Probation across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire and aims to support high risk individuals successfully navigate the transition from prison to living back in the community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to support the ongoing delivery of the IIRMS service, being part of the referral process, supporting in-reach assessment and engagement sessions, assisting with day-to-day living and co-facilitating the delivery of a ‘hub’ day for a small cohort of identified service users. This is an exciting new role which we hope to develop with the successful candidate in line with service needs and the individuals expertise.

This post is eligible for a Golden Hello payment of £2,750 for new starters who are external to the Trust.  This is payable in 3 instalments over a 2 year period.  This payment is only eligible to new starters who do not already hold a contract of employment with the Trust.  This post also includes paid enhancements for unsocial hours working during night, weekends and bank holidays.
