Job overview
A competent administrator with excellent communication skills who is able to use Health Roster, Employee On Line (EOL), BankStaff and the Trust’s EProcurement system to assist in the delivery of the Staff Bank service to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive bank administration service which actively sources, books and monitors temporary staffing requirements using HR workforce systems. Responsibilities include:
- To ensure that the Staff Bank inbox is reviewed daily, and emails actioned within agreed service timeframes.
- Providing fill rate data within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain, monitor, and report lines of work (Bank and Agency) weekly.
- Ensuring correct authorisation process to book Agency workers and that bookings are compliant with current NHSi rate card. Where rates are not compliant to ensure that authorisation is in place to be able to book.
- Checking compliancy for all Agency workers using the Agency Worker Checklist and relevant regulatory registration site.
- Obtaining access to Electronic systems for Bank and Agency workers i.e. EPMA.
- Redeployments of Agency workers to ensure that the roster is accurate prior to running of weekly Agency Self Billing report.
- Support the investigation and resolution of pay and invoice queries.
- Work with the Recruitment team to increase Bank supply to meet demand.

Educations, Training and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Maths and English GCSE passes
- VQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
- Previous experience of working with temporary staff
- Able to confidently and competently use HealthRoster, BankStaff, ESR and Trust Procurement System
Desirable criteria
- Able to interpret data from HealthRoster and Bank Staff
- Able to complete data returns
Skills
Essential criteria
- Able to communicate clearly both written and verbally
- Excellent IT skills
