An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hardworking organised individual to join the Radiology clerical and appointments team.
You will enjoy a varied role supporting the Radiology Department to deliver an excellent service. You will support the appointments team by undertaking a range of administrative duties associated with appointment booking. This will include negotiating appointments on the telephone, responding to requests for information from patients and ward staff, entering requests and booking appointments on to the the radiology system.
You will need excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team within a busy department. A flexible approach to work is vital and you will have good organisational skills. In return we can offer you an interesting role with the opportunity to develop experience in all areas of the admin department.

If you are successful in your application for this position your commencement date will coincide with the Trust’s Induction programme held on a monthly basis. Attendance on the full induction programme is a mandatory requirement prior to starting in the work area. Therefore, if parts of this induction fall outside of the normal contracted hours of duty for this position, you will be requested to make arrangements to enable you to fully attend the Induction.
