Skylark Ward is looking for a Registered Nurse; the individual would ideally hold the R.S.C.N. or R.N. Child Branch qualification but consideration will be given to nurses who have transferable knowledge and skills. You would be highly motivated, innovative and willing to rise to the challenges that Paediatric nursing demands.

If successfully shortlisted you will be invited to our assessment center. on 20th July at our Prince William Education Cntr, Kettering General Hospital.

About us: Skylark Ward is a modern, purpose-built 26 bedded inpatient ward for babies, children and young people from 1 day old up to 16-18 years. Within Skylark there is a two-bedded Paediatric High Dependency bay. We care for all different specialties including Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Young people with Mental Health Conditions and Ear, Nose and Throat speciality. We also have a 6 bedded Paediatric Assessment Unit which is open Monday – Friday 09:00 – 21:30.

The Role: This post is a rotational post working both day and night shifts; therefore flexibility with working hours is essential.

Professional Development: There would be an opportunity to rotate if you wish to work within the Neonatal Unit or Paediatric Area in Emergency Department.

An Excellent Location- the Trust is located close to Kettering Train Station which has direct links to London and other major cities. Our Trust has easy access to the A14 and M1.
