Job overview

The post holder will provide efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the Acute Safeguarding Team

Main duties of the job

Working in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders and partners. The post holder will work independently but under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service through the provision of skilled administrative support

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • • GCSE English Grade C or above
Desirable criteria
  • • RSA II Typewriting, word processing or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria
  • • 12 months recent experience working as a secretary or administrator
Desirable criteria
  • • Previous NHS secretarial or administrative experience
  • • Experience of working with highly confidential material
  • • Previous use of SystmOne
