Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Central Norfolk Early Intervention Team

We have an exciting opportunity for a mental health practitioner to join our team on a secondment or fixed term basis as a case manager. The position available is for a part time (27.5 hours) 6-month secondment / fixed term.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about improving services for those experiencing a first episode of psychosis aged 14-65.

This is a dynamic and exciting role which presents the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of clinicians who hold the service user, family, carers and Social Recovery at the centre of all that they do whilst being guided by National Standards to deliver timely and evidenced based interventions.

Previous experience of working with Psychosis in Early Intervention teams would be advantageous but not essential.

Part time and full time hours are available.

You will be responsible for the care coordination of a caseload of people, working alongside the current MDT to deliver NICE concordant care.
