Job overview

The Pain Management Service is based at Adelaide Street Health Centre, providing a multi-disciplinary approach to support patients with long term pain as outpatients. Services are provided by Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Physiotherapists and Psychologists and Occupational Therapists to provide broad based treatments, supported by a dedicated Admin Team.

Main duties of the job

Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Nurse, the post holder will participate as an integral member of the departmental team, undertaking general housekeeping duties, including some direct patient contact, to help provide a quality service.

 

 

  • You will work with a friendly multidisciplinary team

  • Have opportunities to help with key organisational aspects of clinic including organizing clinic rooms and stock ordering

  • Help to ensure the department meets required standards and as sense of job satisfaction for the applicant.
