Are you an enthusiastic and skilled ESR user? We are looking for an Administrator to join the workforce information team to help support employees with their employment journey. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual to join our small team that has bases in Norfolk and Suffolk.

The role involves working to resolve user enquiries, performing pro-active data quality maintenance tasks and implementing new processes as part of project delivery.  We are seeking candidates with significant ESR and customer service experience as well as a proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft packages. 

This is a role which can offer flexible working arrangements for home and office-based working, with bases in Norwich or Ipswich.

 

Main duties of the job

ESR is the system the HR team use to manage all the people centred aspects of someone employment with us.  This includes hiring new starters, reporting supervision, appraisals and mandatory training and recording personal employment data.  

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of system processes and queries and/or NHS terms and conditions however we recognise that these are niche skills so we are open to consider transferable skills which would suit this role such as being organised, methodical and proactive.
