Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 1,2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12 per hour - £23,465 per annum. This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed

We are excited to be able to offer an opportunity to join us as an Assistant Workforce Business Partner.
Main duties of the job
You will play a key role in supporting the Health Board to deliver our ambitious People Plan, working as an integral part of our supportive workforce team. You will work closely with Divisions, stakeholder and Trade Union partners, taking a lead role in providing, promoting and upholding high standards of professional advice.
We are looking for an experienced workforce practitioner, with experience of working in a fast paced environment, with a track record of delivering key workforce projects and priorities.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- Up to date knowledge of employment law, current best practice
- Experience of advising Senior Managers on best practice Workforce & OD approaches
Desirable criteria
- Welsh language
- Experience as a coach working with a range of clients
