Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Mental Health and Learning Disability commissioning department for a Band 5 Business Support Manager. You will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across the Mental Health and Learning Disability Division.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key member of the Commissioning team, working closely with the Commissioning Service Manager, Senior Nurse, Contracts & Performance Managers, Clinical Case Managers and the wider healthboard on the business management of the Commissioning service to deliver outstanding service delivery and organisational performance to ensure targets are met within the Commissioning team. This includes working with others across the Division to develop practical service planning delivery that supports improvements in patient experience and care.
