Would you like to be at the forefront, supporting Aneurin Bevan Health in excelling in Continuing Health Care for the Complex Care at Home Team?
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, motivated individual to lead at a Senior level, a team of HCSW’s and RGNs at a developing and exciting time for the service. We are looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse to drive forward the changes required, support and progress quality patient care within the nursing team. The post offers the ability to work within patients’ homes, day services and external sites to ABUHB patients that are eligible for Continuing Health Care providing holistic care to patients and their families.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team across Continuing Health Care all striving to delivering an A class, high quality evidence based care service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Recent NHS or Care Home experience within the last 12 months is essential.
A proven track record of being reliable and dependable.
A flexible approach to work would be a great advantage.
