Job overview
To provide a comprehensive, effective and patient focused library/appointment service for Outpatients clinics, admissions for all hospitals within the HB. To file and retrieve case notes, carrying out retention and destruction and record scanning into digital format.
Main duties of the job
Retrieval of case notes from file and elsewhere within the hospital.
Re-filing of case notes into file.
Prepping Outpatient Clinics.
Scanning health records into digital format.
