Job overview
As a band 4 assistant practitioner you will work as part of the multidisciplinary team delivering care as planned by a senior practitioner. You will be apart of the SEAL unit and work with patients pre and post operatively
You will work independently under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, providing leadership, supervision and guidance to junior staff within your scope of practice.

- Assistant Practitioner Qualification
- Foundation degree in Health and Social Care
- Considerable experience of working in a care setting or environment
Knowledge and Skills
Essential criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, report writing
- Clerical and IT skills PCIS/ Cerner
- Excellent customer care skills
Desirable criteria
- Teaching and assessing skills
