Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria

Trosolwg o'r swydd
To provide administrative and clerical support to the Divisional Clinical Governance team within Diagnostics & Clinical Support. This includes supporting with the implementation, monitoring and escalation of clinical governance matters, including the risk management agenda, across the division.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Provide accurate and effective clerical support to the Clinical Governance Team for the Division.
- Be responsible for maintaining information systems to:
- comply with CQC/ legislative/ Divisional requirements
- support accurate collation of information for use in audits and producing corporate and divisional reports
- Be responsible for organising meetings including confirmation of dates, booking of rooms and preparation and distribution of papers.
- Be responsible to take, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings within agreed time frames.
- Support the Clinical Governance Co-ordinator to gather and record information from serious incident review processes within the division, including requesting/ monitoring factual statements from staff.
- Support the Clinical Governance Co-ordinator to ensure compliance with the statutory Duty of Candour compliance and all administration relating to Duty of Candour requirements is recorded accurately and in a timely way.
- Be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information about patients, clients and staff and trust business in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Information Governance.
- Be responsible for welcoming visitors to the service and deal effectively with telephone and email enquiries.
- Assist members of the Clinical Governance Team with all administrative tasks commensurate with the requirements of the role.
- Manage own workload effectively ensuring that work is completed within agreed time scales.

- ECDL or RSA 2 equivalent
- Educated to NVQ level 3/ have three years appropriate experience

- • Have good written, verbal and communication skills
