The individual will have in-depth knowledge of digital ad placement and optimisation with a keen focus on ROI across multiple channels, including Facebook, PPC, Twitter and Instagram, along with experience of email automation and ecommerce.

This role will work within the Fundraising Team but in close conjunction with the Communication Team, to create, develop and analyse campaigns across digital channels in order to maximise income for the Charity.

  • Manage the Charity website and online digital platforms in conjunction with the Communications Team to ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice.

  • Using industry best practice methods and data-driven analysis, improve the Charity’s online presence across a number of channels, providing an excellent experience for supporters, creating response driven digital content to maximise online income.

  • Provide advice and support to the Fundraising Team and the Communications Team, to ensure digital fundraising integrates appropriately with other areas of work.

  • Proactively stay updated with best-practice and industry developments, being the Charity’s digital expert, and advising other team members, both in the Fundraising Team and the Communications Team.
