Are you an enthusiastic, experienced radiographer who wishes to enhance their career path at a leading cancer hospital? Owing to significant expansion of the service, we are seeking to appoint talented Interventional radiographers to support our Radiology service based at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre in Liverpool city centre and Wirral. We also have a CDC in Liverpool City Centre. You will be key in providing the best possible experience for our patients.
Main duties of the job
We are a proactive and dynamic team and welcome fresh ideas and perspectives. It is essential that team members bring a positive energy, enthusiasm and commitment to improving patient care and experience whilst providing specialist cancer imaging for outpatients and inpatients for both haemato-oncology and solid tumour sites.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre Interventional Radiology is a developing service which requires the addition of an experienced IR radiographer. This is an exciting opportunity to aid in the expansion of this service and work as part of the multiple dispensary team.

Essential criteria
- DCR/BSc State registered Diagnostic Radiographer
- HCPC Registration
Desirable criteria
- Training in development of supervisory skills
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Specialist knowledge and proven expertise in IR
- Knowledge of CT and X-ray
- Evidence of CPD
Desirable criteria
- Proven interest in Oncology
- Computer literate – Windows, Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Knowledge of QSI
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in IR and CT
Desirable criteria
- Proven interest in Interventional Radiology.
