Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Provide Administrative support to clinical and non-clinical services.
- To work as part of a team.
- To answer telephone and/or email enquiries, processing and maintaining records (paper and electronic), using SystmOne updating databases and spread sheets, scanning, typing, photocopying, and arranging meetings/events
- To receive telephone calls from patients who wish to book or change their appointments or have general enquiries.
- To act as a first point of contact for all forms of communication.

- NVQ Level 2, GCSE Level or Equivalent experience

- Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience of accurate data inputting
