Job overview

Are you someone who thrives in a busy team where 2 days may never be the same?

Do you have excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills?

The Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network (CMRN) is looking for a Personal Assistant to support their busy team.

The role will be ideal for someone who has previous PA or strong administration skills, excellent Microsoft office skills particularly in the use of Word and Excel and has had previous experience of managing calendars and emails and preparing meeting minutes.

You will join a well-established team, committed to high standards and will develop a thorough understanding of the Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network, its stakeholders and its administrative systems and processes.

Main duties of the job

The Personal Assistant plays a pivotal role by offering comprehensive support to managers within the CMRN Senior Leadership team. You will be instrumental in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, drafting agendas, preparing minutes and arranging logistics. You will assist the managers in managing both internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities from preparing and editing reports and presentations, coordinating invoices, maintaining an efficient filing and communication system. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and senior manager support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision is crucial.
