Staff Nurse (Nights)

An opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to join the Wirral Community Night Nursing Team on a permanent contract.

 

 

Main duties of the job

 

The  post is 25 hours per week ,over night shifts and  evenings  but must be flexible  according to service needs.

You should be a committed, dynamic, motivated professional having excellent assessing skills, the ability to prioritise your work and be a good communicator.

Recent experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage. Awareness of Community Nursing, the effects of ill health, the ageing process and a basic level of IT literacy are an essential requirement.

As a key member of the team you will find the experience challenging, rewarding and varied.

You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a team and possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills. You will be innovative, flexible and prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the Trust as they arise.
