This community role requires applicants to have a means of personal transport due to the nature of working across a large borough conducting home, hospital and community visits. We acknowledge this as an inherent barrier to many people hoping to apply and an indicator of inequality at the stage of application. Whilst being aware of this reality, we are still very keen to promote diversity and reduce inequity within Clinical Psychology and hope to act on this value where we can in this recruitment process.
In line with the Trust’s Single Equality Scheme we welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnic origin, disability, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, marital status, social back ground or trade union membership.
