We have an exciting opportunity within Independent Living Services for a part-time, Band 3 Administrator (22.5 hrs working days Wednesday to Friday) to join our dedicated admin team based at Burrows House.  

You will be supporting a team of professionals, clients and managers in enabling the provision of equipment/adaptations for Salford Residents.

Main duties of the job

To support Independent Living Services - Equipment Services/Accessible Accommodation with a comprehensive administrative support service and be part of a team that provides an efficient and responsive focal point for administrative, operational staff, clients and professionals who access this who access this service.

You will possess good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel applications.  You will also assist with the monitoring of a central admin inbox.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Relevant qualifications e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Customer Care or equivalent experience
  • ECDL or RSA level 2/3

Experience

  • Proven office experience.

Knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Good knowledge and experience of PC based applications i.e. Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Access or similar programmes
