Job overview

Job Summary: 

·         To ensure the provision of full administration support to the Governance & Quality Team

·         To be responsible for the updating of the W&C microsite for both Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics and Neonates ensuring all information is available and up to date including patient information leaflets

·         To provide clerical support to clinicians ensuring all guidelines, standard operating procedures are in the correct formats before uploading to the appropriate microsites

·         To compile agendas for meetings, and to take minutes for meetings

·         Triage of telephone enquiries

·         To maintain databases to track all guidelines, standard operating procedures and policies are up to date and available to all who require

·         To assist with arranging meetings

·         To undertake any other duties deemed appropriate by the management team

If successful this vacancy will require a Standard DBS check at a cost of £21.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary

In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
