Are you an experienced Band 6 Rotational Occupational Therapist, with good experience working in the field of Neuro / Stroke and looking for your next challenge? Or already working at a static Band 6 level in the speciality of Stroke / Neuro and want to come and work at Salford CSNRT? We have an exciting opportunity to further expand our B6 Static Neuro OT cohort and join our team allowing you to expand your knowledge, skills and expertise in this immensely rewarding area of work. We are a strong MDT comprising of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapist, Dietitian, Nurses, Psychologists, Therapy Instructors/ Senior Assistants, Social Work, Assistant Practitioners and expert Administrative support.

We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and innovative individual to join our specialist service . You will have a broad and varied background of OT areas, including neurology experience, ideally in Acute and Community, and Stroke and Neuro.

We are looking for:

• Experience mainly in Stroke and Neurorehab in community setting but ideally with some Acute exposure
• Good level of post graduate training in area of speciality
• Minimum of supervision of Band 5 staff and students
• Provide rich student placements as Clinical Educator
• Contribute to team development in own profession and wider MDT.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Highly effective communication skills
• Successful team player
• Ability to demonstrate drive and initiative
