NHS Medical & Dental: Salaried Dentist - A
Trosolwg o'r swydd
To provide routine NHS dental treatment to patients referred to the community Dental services specialties of paediatric and special care dentistry.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Provide dental care to patient groups within the remit of Salford Community Dental Service and in particular those groups requiring paediatric and special care dentistry.
- Provide domiciliary care and inhalation sedation to patients referred to Salford Community Dental Service.
- Work with senior colleagues to provide care under general anaesthesia in Salford Royal hospital.
- Provide care from a range of premises.
- Responsibility for the working arrangements and standards at the clinic from which clinical services are provided
- The post holder will be expected to maintain the high standards of clinical and professional behaviour required by Salford Community Dental Service.
- Maintenance of own records of your continuing professional education and development.
- Communicate positively and affectively.
- Actively give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
- The post holder is expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be required to communicate and liaise with a range of individuals and groups including, senior managers at Salford Care Organisation, medical and dental consultants, primary care practitioners, other health and social professional team members, patients, and their families/ carers and the public.
