Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Woodlands Hospital Inpatient Team for a  Medical Secretary.  

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Secretary who enjoys working as part of a team and can demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality medical secretary support in an efficient and timely manner.

Main duties of the job

Provide a comprehensive secretarial service to a Consultant Psychiatrist including, the production of routine correspondence, typing letters, memos, reports etc. ensuring that the Trust's deadlines for standards are met and maintaining an efficient and effective filing and retrieval system.
