Job overview
The Professions and Quality department have an exciting opportunity to join them, to work and support and contribute to the administration services at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Trust.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration, data collection and secretarial support within the Compliance Team and Professions and Quality Team, and will provide accurate and timely collection/monitoring of data.
The postholder will have excellent organisational skills and time management skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced office environment.
Main duties of the job
The Compliance Officer will provide high quality, effective and organised administrative support to the GMMH CQC Compliance function, assisting the organisational coordination of CQC concerns, service assessments, inspections and engagement meetings. The postholder will also provide essential administrative support to the GMMH clinical quality assessment and ward accreditation programme.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- • Level 2 qualification in relevant field or equivalent level of Experience. (e.g., GCSE A-C or RSA II)
Desirable criteria
- • Business admin qualification.
Experience
Essential criteria
- • Administration/office experience (i.e. diary management, electronic filing systems, meeting preparation, note taking, inputting data, collating and presenting information)
- • Providing administrative or secretarial support.
- • Experience of organising competing demands and workloads.
- • Experience of setting up and maintaining administrative systems and processes.
Desirable criteria
- • Previous NHS experience.
Knowledge
Essential criteria
