Trosolwg o'r swydd
To provide a front of house reception service for visitors, staff and service users within the clinic, ensuring that all clinics and patient case-notes are maintained to a high standard in accordance with relevant policies.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
To provide a front of house reception service to the office, providing directions
and information to all visitors, staff and service users of the clinic as requested.
Reception duties- to include receiving and booking in of service user for clinics,
booking follow-up appointments for clinics and send out appointment letters.
Answering the telephone and following up any queries generated by telephone
calls. All persons to be received in a friendly and courteous manner.
To advise staff within the unit of any visitors received.
Cancel clinics when requested to do so by the Line Manager/ Clinicians. To
ensure service users are given a new appointment. Follow up the cancellation with a letter and where appropriate telephone the service user.
Be able to action electronic systems activity, i.e. data quality monitoring as
directed by line Manager.
Ability to input electronic clinical documentation/notes or scanning of notes
Ability to access and utilise electronic data transfer (EDT)
Management and Entering of referrals and outpatient appointments onto the computerised Records System and being a point of contact for queries relating to
the patient.
Complying with health and safety regulations and evacuation of the patient area where necessary.
Agreed precedents cover all duties.
