In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team to embed robust clinical governance systems. Manage your own perinatal clinical governance portfolio while flexibly contributing to other areas, making each day a new adventure!

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • UK NMC Registered Midwife
  • Educated to degree level or higher
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of CPD

Knowledge and skills

Essential criteria
  • Post registration midwifery experience
  • Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Safeguarding Children L1-3 Training
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of acting as a practice assessor/supervisor
  • Awareness of change management theory
  • Awareness of systems of clinical governance
  • Awareness of PSIRF
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Understanding / experience of datix system
