We also provide some specialist services that are commissioned regionally, such as our medium secure services; and nationally, such as the Cassel Hospital for people with complex and severe personality disorder and our high secure services at Broadmoor Hospital.

An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer who are able to 'hit the floor running' to join our high performing team.
Main duties of the job
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in providing an effective, reliable and responsive recruitment advisory and administration service, which will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiting managers.
This role offers a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking for variety, responsibility, people contact and a degree of autonomy.

- • Experience of working within the recruitment function within the NHS carrying an independent workload
- • Experience working in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in the field of recruitment/HR
- • Good working knowledge of Best practice Employment Checks and how to process each efficiently
- • Experience of working effectively as a team member
- • Experience of working in a busy deadline oriented role/environment
- • Experience of dealing with customers and addressing their queries
