Nurse Associate - Clinical Research

Band 4

Trosolwg o'r swydd

Are you a registered  Nurse Associate looking for a new challenge? Then we have an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in clinical research.

Our team of children’s research nurses deliver world-class care to patients participating in clinical trials across our NIHR Clinical Research Facility (CRF), Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) and Clinical Research Network: North Thames. Some of our recent successes include the Summit plc trial, to which the first two global patients were recruited in the CRF. The CRF has supported a BioMarin Pharmaceuticals sponsored clinical trial that has led to the clinical development and approval of a drug called VIMIZIM as a treatment for Morquio A syndrome. These successes demonstrate the importance of the research nurse contribution in continuing to deliver high quality and complex clinical studies for paediatric and rare diseases.
