Trosolwg o'r swydd

  • The post holder will be required to work effectively as part of the team to ensure a high standard of care is provided.
  • They will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of care.
  • She/he will co-ordinate care on the neonatal unit providing clear professional leadership. 
  • The post holder will liaise closely with parents/carers and all members of the multidisciplinary team and thus ensure effective communication of all relevant information. 
  • Kingston Neonatal unit is accredited BFI Level 3 and implements Fi Care throughout. Knowledge and support for these initiatives is a must in this role.

  • Kingston Neonatal Unit are please to advertise for band 6 nurses to join a team of dedicated neonatal nurses serving our local community. 
  • Band 6 nurses have expert clinical skills and are ready for a managerial role n the neonatal unit.
  • The successful applicant will provide clinical expertise on a daily basis. Take charge of the unit on a rota with 14 other band 6 nurses. 
  • Leading service improvement. 
  • Communicating with maternity and the multidisciplinary team.
