Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity for you at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Radiology Business Administrator (RBA), you will be supporting the administration team on a day-to-day basis and providing business support for the whole Radiology department across all three sites.

Working as part of a team you will be required to identify, monitor, and report on data quality issues. Integral to the role is managing the Healthroster system and payroll for the department including all WLI payments and providing administrative support particularly to the Ealing Hospital Radiology department.

Main duties of the job

  • Communicate and handle highly complex matters such as sickness, performance, financial and bereavement with strict confidentiality and in line with GDPR. Whilst completing minutes and attending disciplinaries the RBA will be exposed to distressing information with regards to sensitive information regarding staff, such as terminal illnesses or dismissals.
  • Accurately and timely input electronic staffing and stock information on the computer systems
  • Support in the training of new and ongoing staff members in the use of Healthroster, e-procurement and the ICT support helpdesk functions.
  • To complete change forms and leaver forms whenever necessary including the knowledge of how to calculate any outstanding leave and repayments where necessary and to pass this information onto the Clinical Lead or the member of staff directly and notify HR admin of these changes.
