Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has become available in the Radiology Department of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust for a Band 3 Admin & clerical officer . We are looking for highly motivated staff of excellent calibre to become part of our dynamic team, which promotes our World Class Care Values.

In 2012, the Radiology Department underwent a 23 million pound total redevelopment to accommodate the 200,000 plus examinations performed each year. The department actively encourages continued professional development (CPD) and opportunities are available for further training and development.

The post includes a rotation through main imaging Reception, bookings office, face to face and covering clinic reception.

The Royal Free Hospital is situated in the beautiful Hampstead area, a vibrant part of London with many cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs, and the hospital is located in close proximity to Hampstead Heath. The hospital is easily accessible being 5 minutes from Underground and Over ground train services as well as regular buses. It has a diverse range of complex specialties, a busy A&E department and we are a centre of excellence for both HPB and vascular work.
