Immunisation Performance and Data Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who is passionate about data and digital systems and energised and motivated to manage a small team, delivering to a high standard with the South London Children and Young Peoples Immunisation Service (CYPCIS)
You will work as part of a team supporting the 12 London boroughs, line managing call centre staff, supporting the Immunisation function and managing the Health roster.
This is a fixed term role, working alongside another Performance and Data Officer which may also focus on providing administrative support for the service including vaccine data reporting and e consent training.
This position is office based in Croydon in our base in Purley Way. Travel to other bases in South London will be required on occasion. Car driver essential.
Main duties of the job
1. To lead an efficient and effective support to the Immunisation team
2. To be the ‘expert’ with regards to immunisation administration and e consent and to ensure effective processes in place. Ensuring all members of the team are aware of all relevant processes. To work with the e roster system & ensure this is maintained.
3. Acts as a point of contact for the Immunisation teams across south London. Liaise with clinical and administrative staff at all levels of the organisation regarding confidential matters.
4. To support the Immunisation Lead line, manage the administration team within the Immunisation team and to delegate responsibilities/work to ensure all commissioned targets are met.
5. To support the call centre function and support line management responsibilities.
6. To ensure that a robust system is in place for inputting all immunisation data and to ensure all weekly and monthly data submissions are delivered within time frames set by NHSE.
7. To write and update all standard operating procedures and ensure they are agreed within the team and disseminated, all standard operating procedures should be standardised across south London for all admin tasks.
8. Respond to telephone enquiries often of a confidential nature for the Immunisation team .
