The service covers more than 50 primary and secondary schools, special schools and units, nurseries and children’s centres as well as specialist services to Camden Mosaic (CDT). The caseload is varied and there is much opportunity to develop specialist skills in the areas of ASD, SI and NDT as well as the provision of special equipment and assistive technology. This post holder will need to demonstrate knowledge of paediatric OT clinical practice and previous experience as an OT student in paediatrics is desirable although not essential. The post holder should be able to assess the needs of a wide range of service users between the ages of 1 and 16 years in both the home and school environment.
