We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within our busy Anti-Coagulant service at Barnet Hospital. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and be able to work independently, as part of team and will lead on the digitisation of the service. Attention to detail and the ability to work to strict quality and performance deadlines is an essential. The successful candidate is required to be able to demonstrate Trust values, and meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.   • To be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative function of the anticoagulation service
  • To manage and monitor the workflow within the department
  •  To allocate duties as the needs of their service dictates
  • To develop new processes and procedures as appropriate
  • To provide support to the Nurse Consultant to arrange study dates etc.

Experience
