Marketing Support Officer

Job overview
The post holder will work as a member of the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board Communications and Engagement Team. To deliver a professional marketing communications service to the ICB. The postholder will deliver a professional marketing communications service to service transformation workstreams, collaborating and supporting system colleagues to achieve this. Help the organisation fulfil its strategic objectives and promote good relations with all its stakeholders both internal and external and work as a team member to deliver marketing communication requirements contributing to the management of the reputation of the ICB.
Main duties of the job
- Support the delivery of all or some of the following: graphic design, film, photography, illustration, web design and development (input only alongside specialist suppliers), with oversight and support from colleagues.
- Contribute to the development, delivery and ongoing refinement of system communications and marketing campaigns and projects.
- Reporting of project and campaign development to senior colleagues throughout and after delivery.
- Work with the communications and marketing team to ensure projects make best use of all available media, from traditional methods such as advertising, leaflets and editorial, to digital communications, social media and film, as well as exploring new formats.
- Take clear, dynamic photos for a variety of projects and programmes and build our stock image library.
- Maintain and update websites and intranets using content management systems such as Wordpress.
- Delivery of key organisation online meetings such as Board meetings and staff briefings.
- Creative design - design and develop in-house newsletters, briefings, posters, social media assets and animated images using software packages such as, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

- A qualification in PR, journalism, or marketing or equivalent experience

- Creative or content production qualification
Previous Experience

- Evidence of successful delivery of marketing and communications projects
- Knowledge and experience of social media to engage and for PR
