We are seeking dynamic and forward-thinking Pharmacists to join our friendly and supportive pharmacy team at the Humber Health Partnership working at our Diana Princess of Wales site Grimsby. 

Successful candidates will provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services as members of our ward-based teams.

This post provides an ideal opportunity to further their learning professional by providing various external and in-house training.

You will be supported through a 4 to 6-week structured induction process to support integration to the team and Trust.

We offer Non-Medical Prescribing courses, plus opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills once successful candidate has adjusted into their new job role.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

You will develop the clinical pharmacy service to our clinical wards and will have an opportunity to develop your own area of specialist ensuring the safe, clinical and cost-effective use of medicines.

You will effectively communicate with the pharmacy team and healthcare professionals to provide quality care, education, clinical supervision and mentoring. You will contribute to clinical pharmacy audit and practice research.

You will support with operational management of team, service delivery and planning to your specialist area.

You will ensure all aspects of clinical governance and medicines management meet local Trust standards in your clinical area.

You will assist the Assistant chief pharmacists to recruit, develop and motivate staff to maximise performance and delivery of service objectives and priorities.
