We are seeking a compassionate Patient Support Assistant đ to help make our department a welcoming and calming environment. In this role, youâll chat with patients to ease their nerves đ¤, assist with light tasks đ, and support our staff in delivering excellent care đĽ.

⢠Assist with serving beverages â and help out at meal times đ˝ď¸.
⢠Help with restocking and keeping areas tidy đ§š.
⢠Escort patients to the main entrance as needed đśââď¸.

If you are successful in obtaining a position with our Trust which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check. As a registered body with the DBS, Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will conduct the administration of this application on your behalf. The level of check required depends on the role that you have been offered. This check will be undertaken free of charge.Â
