Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist based at Albert View Lancaster but work agile covering our Outpatient and Inpatient settings across Lancaster and Morecambe.
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communication with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages and a good telephone manner.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality reception service with The Bay Network.
The post holder will work flexibly in response to the needs of the service providing cover to various sites including Inpatient as directed by their line manager to ensure continuity of service provision.
The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. Problem solving is an integral part of the role.
The role will involve contact on a daily basis with a wide range of people – both internal and external to the organisation and therefore requires a confident approach. The post holder will need to be a team player with very strong communication skills.
