Deputy Admin Lead

Bay Network, Mental Health Network

Band 5 Permanent position – 34hrs (0.91WTE)

Essential Qualification required:

•    Business or Management related degree or equivalent experience

The Bay Network is looking for a driven, inspirational and motivational Deputy Admin Lead who will support the development of the admin and clerical services providing line management and developing highly efficient administrative workforce.  The post holder will be innovative and forward thinking. 

The post holder’s role will focus around a specific service line admin team within the Mental Health Network promoting cross team working and support. Also, to support one of the Network Inpatient Wards admin team. The Bay Network covers Lancaster, Morecambe, South Lakes and Furness and the current vacancy will be based in Kendal with travel to other admin service offices within the Network.

 

Main duties of the job

We are inviting applications from individuals with strong leadership abilities and experience, excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider management team.  The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
