Job Description      CMHT Team Lead

Based at                   Fylde & Wyre CMHT – Split base at Woodlands Resource Centre (St Annes) and Mountcroft Resource Centre (Fleetwood).

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join the Adult CMHT within the Fylde locality as a team leader.

The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) are always striving towards excellence in service delivery, ensuring quality is at the forefront of all we do and service users receive the right care at the right time. 

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be dynamic and forward thinking with the ability to work as part of a Team and in partnership with local services, there will be an expectation that the successful applicant will uphold the Trust values at all times and act as a role model within the teams in providing quality care.

Successful applicants will undertake a full induction to the team and will have access to regular clinical supervision sessions and an opportunity to complete their appraisal focussing on their personal and career development. Furthermore a network of likeminded leaders who work closely to deliver excellent care across the service will support the successful candidate.

  • Degree Level or equivalent experience and relevant core professional qualification (NMC, Social Work England or HCPC registered)
  • Master’s Degree in relevant subject or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Practice Education, Mentor/Teaching (ENB 998) or equivalent / demonstration of teaching / supervision experience
