This role is a fantastic opportunity to join the Facilities team as a Business Administrator
The Facilities team drives services to support the Trust running services such as car parking, portering, domestics, catering and much more.
This is an exciting, varied and challenging role in a dynamic, high paced, friendly and supportive team. You will provide high quality administrative support to the team, supporting a range of projects and being key to ensuring that the team is able to work as effectively as possible.
With this in mind you will have a value base compatible with our work and a passion for improving health and wellbeing outcomes for the population of Tameside. You will be highly organised, motivated, self-disciplined and a real team player.

Main duties of the job
· The post holder is responsible for assisting service leads with the administration that supports the day to day running and organisation of their service.
The post holder must be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of administration and have experience working in a similar team.
The post holder will have a flexible approach to work and a problem-solving approach. The post holder will need to have a friendly and helpful manner and have a sensitive approach when dealing with complex and confidential information.

Essential criteria
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum Basic Excel Setting up of spreadsheets and Updating reports
- Use Of Microsoft packages, for preparing high quality reports, presentations, posters etc
- Prioritisation and organisation of work and ability to meet deadlines
- Good Keyboard skills
- Ability to interact with colleagues and clients courteously
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of Infection Control Processes
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in an administrative position that includes analysis and reports
- Experience In a project support office
Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Education to NVQ Level 3 /RSA3 or Equivalent GCSE in Maths and English or Equivalent
