The Estates and Facilities department are seeking an experienced and motivated PA and Business Support Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management and strategic development of our healthcare infrastructure ensuring we provide safe, sustainable and high-quality environments for our patients and staff.

The post holder will provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support services within the directorate. This includes business support to the Director and the Senior Management Team, office procedure management, and event organisation. The role demands a high level of administrative support and management of diverse tasks, requiring flexibility and initiative.

Main duties of the job

To work within the directorate to provide a comprehensive range of administrative and business support services. This includes executive support to the Director, and the Senior Management Team within the Directorate in the form of business support, and administrative support, management of office procedures and events organisation. The expectation is that this role not only provides a high-level administrative support but also manages a diverse range of tasks.
