As a Team Adviser/administrator within the Adult Health Improvement Central Access Team, you’re the first point of contact for our clients. When our clients contact our service, you’ll be the voice at the end of the line. It’ll be up to you to assess their needs and sign post them to the most appropriate service. What will the role involve?

• Handling/ making inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals

• Providing appropriate responses and advice to clients

• Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided

• Escalating calls when required

• Attend and contribute to team meetings

• Build relationships with colleagues to enhance the team working environment

Main duties of the job

Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback. We provide full induction training, regular coaching and the support and encouragement needed to get you off to the best start. We also offer a generous NHS pension, annual leave entitlement and a competitive pay framework to progress through. This role is based between the Cairn Ryan Centre in Dover and home- working.
