• Handling/ making inbound and outbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
• Providing appropriate responses and advice to clients
• Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided
• Escalating calls when required

Main duties of the job
Previous experience is welcome but not essential just a willingness to learn and respond well to feedback. We provide full induction
