Job overview
Following the successful promotion within the service of the current post-holder we now have band 5 vacancies for speech and language therapists. The post holder will be based in Dover. The post will give you a mixed paediatric caseload according to your interests and the needs of the service.
Therapists expecting to qualify this academic year would be considered.

Main duties of the job
We are a forward thinking innovative service and value the development of all staff within our integrated therapy team.
We offer in-service integrated CPD as well as external training for critical and essential courses. We have department specialists who you can go to for advice and support and joint working as well as a supportive team on base.
You will be given a dedicated supervisor to help you with your preceptorship and have access to our Band 5 support group for peer mentoring. You will have regular line management to monitor your progress through your preceptorship and to provide support
