Trosolwg o'r swydd
An opportunity has arisen for the role of an Administration Assistant/Receptionist on our busy reception at Laurel House. The role will involve greeting our service users face-to-face and over the telephone, and providing administration support to the community team.
You will also be trained on the Trust's patient management system and have access to our patients' records, which will play a key part of your job.

- Greeting service users face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Making room bookings for Laurel House.
- Confidently use electronic communication systems e.g. email and outlook in accordance with Trust policy.
- Be responsible for health and safety of yourself and visitors.
- Upkeep of the reception area, ensuring we are providing up to date information including restocking leaflets etc.
- Responsible for the collating of and distribution of all incoming post and the franking of outgoing post.
- Actively seek service user experience feedback.
- Ability to use Word to produce high quality documents / letters / reports.
- You will have a friendly and approachable manner and good attention to detail.
- You will be able to prioritise and organise work with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Use general office equipment eg photocopier, laminator, printer and franking machine.
- Be compliant with Trust mandatory training.
